    Default Tests Timing Out

    Hello. We're new to T4L. Have taken two tests so far and both have timed out. I've moved my kids to an alternate computer and they took the tests just fine. But it was very frustrating for them.

    I've read the tech pages on the parent site. It says this is caused by multiple sign-ins for the same user, but that is not the case. The tests do open in a new window, could this be viewed as a second sign-in?

    We're using IE9 as a browser, and Windows Vista. Our alternate computer is using Google Chrome and Windows 7. Thank you for any help!

    We would need some further information to troubleshoot the problem, however one suggestion is to run the program in Firefox as the internet browser. Chrome will only work intermittently. If you find you are still having issued after using Firefox you may contact our support team by email or phone for further assistance.

    Default Problems not with Chrome

    Our problem is not with Chrome. It is with IE9. The tests actually work with Chrome, but they time out with IE9.

    The program developer suggests that you use Firefox with the program. We do not recommend Chrome as you may experience intermittent issues with the program. Please contact our support staff directly at 1-888-771-0914 for further assistance if you find that Firefox does not resolve the issue.
