Default Why are passing grades being marked as failing?

My son has a 60% average in one subject and an 80% in another, but both have the red line as if he is failing both. Why is that?

When viewing the student reports, please disregard the coloredbars as these are used in the school system and present an overall average for multiple students. There is not a way for Timel4earning to adjust the color coding, that feature is only available for the schools. Please focus on the score itself and determine what is acceptable and what is failing. For the most part state within the US would consider anything below a 60% to be failing, an A would be 100-90, B 89-80, and so on. You may even reach out to the department of education for your state to see what your state considers to be a passing score.
