    Default Account Setup

I singed up yesterday morning ( Aug. 28 ) and received an email stating that I would be receiving another email (within one day) stating that the account would be setup and prepared for my son to begin using.
I have emailed support and John Edelson asking when the account would be ready for my son to begin his studies at least twice today and I have not gotten a reply.
I have also called and left a message requesting this information at the phone number provided on the sites web page.
I am beginning to get somewhat frustrated at being ignored and really hope to get these issues resolved this week.

    Hi Darren and welcome here!
I'm sorry to hear that you are frustrated. T4L has always been really good about quick response. I know that e-mailing support a great way to get a quick response.

I've always tried to keep in mind the time zone differences also.

I'm sure you will have a reply really soon. Is your son in Pre K-3 or above? I hope he enjoys the program either way.

    Again, welcome!

Time4learning have always had exceptional customer service - we've been on the system now for over a year and it works really well for us. Whenever I've needed support customer service has always been quick to respond. I hope you get your answer soon - there are always unforseen delays when you run a business of any size so I wouldn't take it personally.

As for the effects? Any effort you put into your childs education is worth it - the fact that you are taking a role in your son's future and direction of education should be commended

    Derren -
    You're not making a mistake.
I think I read that you are new to homeschooling.
Many will tell you that when you first start homeschooling - its a bit of trial and error. Its an adjustment. You will find things that work for you and your child and some things are not a good fit.
We started homeschooling last year and worked through the summer. We tried several curriculums before finding the right fit.
However, it is very important that you give anything new the best opportunity before making a decision.

You will be fine, your son will be fine. Give it some time.

I appreciate the replies. I have sent about 5 emails to support and 1 to John. Other than the initial email from support, thanking me for my business, I have not had any of my questions answered.

    Darren,
T4L has always been VERY prompt at returning my e-mails. Maybe there was some technical problem. Also, T4L is in South Florida. They may have had some delay in response due to Ernesto.
I have been using for 1 month. Great curriculum.
