    Default Complete Program

Can Time4Learning be used as the complete program for your child or do have to purchase separate books?

The vast majority of reading material required by Tim4Learning is provided online, as part of the lesson. (These online books are VERY attractive and easy to use.) On occasion, the language arts extensions will require a book that you need to check out of the library. I would estimate that this happens no more than two or three times per grade level, and not at all in many levels. These lessons are optional.

Occasionally, a science experiment will require household items such as string, ice cubes, coins, etc. You may preview the lessons so you know when these are coming up.

Students in grades three and up should have a notebook for science and social studies. (We just use regular, spiral notebooks.)

Other than this, there is nothing else you need.

Mom of six . . . current students and homeschool graduates. Enjoying using Time4Learning since 2006!
