    Default Cover School/Umbrella School

Hi, Does anyone know a good yet inexpensive cover school. I would like to get one in place for next year before I send my letter of intent. Is this a good way to gain control of my son's education. I am fed up with having to deal with my school district. NY is such a difficult state to home school in. I would appreciate any help. Thanks, Kerry

    Hi! Welcome to the forum.

Time4Learning has a page concerning umbrella schools that you might be interested in:

There's also a previous thread on the subject:

    https://www.time4learning.net/forum/view ... lla+school

And here's a quote from John Edelson (Time4Learning founder) from that thread:

I know an umbrella school called Atrium: http://atriumschool.org/atrium.html

It's run by Elise who has done has some work for us along the way and who is a great lady.
(say hi to Elise for me and tell her we sent you).

There are lots of new forum members since that previous thread, so hopefully others will come along with suggestions for you, too.

Mom of six . . . current students and homeschool graduates. Enjoying using Time4Learning since 2006!
