    Hi!

Time4Learning isn't an online school. It's a homeschool curriculum. They provide a curriculum and the teaching parent uses it however they feel will benefit their child. We do encourage you to follow your state's homeschool laws, but we don't oversee that. No homeschool curriculum will. An online school (or the "school" option some curriculum providers have) will do that.

Time4Learning allows anyone to sign up to receive access to their curriculum at any time. As a curriculum provider, they only require basic information necessary for billing.

The best place to find your state's homeschool laws is your state's Department of Education website. Many states specifically cover IEPs in their homeschool laws. A few allow you to develop your own plan and a few allow the public school to help develop an IEP, even if you homeschool.

Mom of six . . . current students and homeschool graduates. Enjoying using Time4Learning since 2006!
