    Default Question about Leveling Up

    Hi.

I'm wondering if anyone can tell me what the policies are on leveling..

How fast can you level up in various subjects?

Could you work through two years in one? Three in one? Four in one?

Can you be in vastly different levels in subjects? For example, 1st grade math, 7th grade reading, and 3rd grade science and social studies?

If anyone could answer this, it would be a great help.

    Thanks.

    Lissa

    Hi, Lissa.

A student may proceed as quickly or as slowly as he wishes. Yes, he may finish several years worth of work during one school year if he is able. He may skip lessons, do just the tests, or do the lessons out of sequence.

You may place him in any grade level that you feel is appropriate. He can be in vastly different grade levels for each subject, and this can be changed as often as necessary. He will have easy access to one level above and one level below his placement level. If you need it changed more than one level, click the Change Educational Level link at the top of this page, and Time4Learning will make the change within 24 hours.

Time4Learning is a flexible program, intended to be used in the way that best suits your student.

Mom of six . . . current students and homeschool graduates. Enjoying using Time4Learning since 2006!
