    Question Teaching?

Hi, I am thinking about using T4L for my 8th grade daughter, and was wondering if i would have to teach her through the program? i don't know if that made any sense at all. I was also wondering how homework works with T4L?

The program is designed to be used independently, although students vary in their ability to work without a tutor standing by. Any student will benefit by having someone available to answer questions. Have you seen the demos? They will give you an idea of how the lessons are presented and whether your own child might learn well that way.

Since all the work is done at home, I'm not sure how you would define "homework" in this setting. There is no designated class period, so homework can't be work that the student was unable to finish during class time. There is also no teacher to specify work to be done somewhere else or at a different time.

Mom of six . . . current students and homeschool graduates. Enjoying using Time4Learning since 2006!
