Wyoming has some great places for field trips or vacations.

Fossil Butte National Museum, situated 10 miles south of Kemmerer in the lower south west of the state. Here is a link for more information http://www.wyomingtourism.org/overview/ ... ment/32481

Also located near here is Ulrich’s Fossil Gallery, http://www.ulrichsfossilgallery.com/
here you can dig up your own fossils, and see some of the great finds that they have found. My stepson worked there for one summer and took us on our tour it was very fun and gave us a hands on to discovering and searching for fossils. The pictures on here are from the trip to both of these places.
