We just moved from Kansas to new bern nc to make a long story short I have a daughter who's
In 9th grade. She doesn't like it we don't like it. She cries I cry she went from
loving school to begging me not to send her. I need help I don't know where to turn

hi how has things been going? i seen you have a facebook and i liked your wall so now i can go on it if i need any help.... im trying to find the lesson plan on here that shows how many lessons a day to do and i dont know if im over looking it or what, can you help me out.. i have a first and third grader in the time4learning and i also enjoy going to all the links you post to help out... if there is anyway you can tell me where that page went id highly appreciate it.. thanks

I don't know if you can help or not, but do you know of anyone that homeschools in Hampton, VA? I am having the hardest time getting in contact with the Hampton City Schools Superintendant. She won't answer any of my emails or calls. I am trying to find out what the Superintendant requires for the Evidence of Progress for the end of this school year. Thanks!

Hello, my name is Eula. I am planning to begin homeschooling my 9 year-old granddaughter this fall in Alleghany County, NC. I'd like to know if I must plan on 180 days for the school year -- or is it just a recommendation? I want to start school on September 3, in order to allow her 3 months summer vacation. Also, can I apply for my license in July in order to start in September? Public school here begins on August 3rd. I would like to withdraw her on that date. I have to give them a copy of my license in order to do that. If I have to wait till August ( I read that I need to apply a month ahead of the start date), then she will be forced to attend a month of public school. She had a lot of problems last year and I don't want to subject her to that again. I appreciate any help or advice you can give. Thank you.

Hi my name is Jonna. I am totally stressed out. I have homeschooled my daughter since Kindergarten and I am in a situation and unsure as to what to do...As I type this I am a complete mess. I failed my daughter. She is behind and I am to blame. She is suppose to be in the 7th grade but I failed to give a progress report for her 6th grade year. We have gone through a rough year. We lost our home and I stupidly was preoccupied with all of that. So I donÿt know what to do. I signed her up here thinking I could get help...PLEASE HELP ME! I am so upset with myself. Thank you
