Hello MamaMary, I have been using T4L since Oct. out of an emergency situation to save my grandchildren, basically. . We are raising three grandsons who all have many problems, including learning difficulties. This has been a God-send, after 3 years of horrific being bullied for two of them.We are doing slow but great, the kids are happy learning, the oldest one doesn't want to run away any longer. I just need to know, do we ,here in Hillsborough County ,Florida, need to have the children tested at the end of the year, some kind of annual testing by someone, if so, who and how do we go about doing this. I know nothing about the proper procedure from year to year.It worries me. God has guided us in every step and I know He will this one too, I just need some info and He guided me to you. Thank you so much, Missmommudd

    Hello MamaMary~
I'm new to T4L and really enjoying it! I am homeschooling my children and it is truly a blessing. I have been reading the forum and love all the information given. I have seen your post's and wanted to ask what extra curriculum do you use for science and history. I want to add more and really would like to add a Christian curriculum. I would love your thoughts on this!
    Blessings~

Hi, I just wanted to introduce myself. I am Jennifer Madon.. You have seen me on Facebook as Little Red. My husband is part of a Christian Motorcycle club. Lil Red is my "road name". My husband and I have been strongly against Facebook for awhile. We decided to sign up so we can connect with our friends across the country, but we don't use our real names so that people from the past can't cause problems. Just wanted to tie the two names together for you... I hope to speak to you more. We are about to start our first full week on T4L and I am very excited and I am full of questions.. I guess I should write them down and start posting LOL
    Thanks again!!

    Greetings,

I loved your post on the new T4L art program. I think it is awesome. Our art and computer program were cut here at our public school. Would still love to connect with you as I am going to be new to homeschooling. 601-781-4107

    Hi Mary,

I have 5 beautiful daughters and have a strong desire to homeschool them. I have tons of questions and am sort of overwhelmed. I have no one to really talk to as I live in Philadelphia, MS and I do not know anyone here who currently homeschools. I am constantly praying that my Lord and savior will help me make the right decision but I truly would love to speak with someone directly who has had experience with this. I am going to post my contact info and would truly appreciate it if you would call me and spare me a few minutes of your time. I read alot of your post and believe you to be a truly divine woman of God. hm# 601-781-4107 . If for some reason I do not answer the phone please leave me a message with your contact info and I will call you back. I will certainly use it with discretion.

    Hi Mary,

I love your energy. I'm a life and career coach who specializes in working with home school students (juniors and seniors in high school mostly). I am here to offer free advice to people, and understand the hearts of both parents and children. I'm all about living a balanced, proactive, Christ-Centered life, and hope that I can be of service to you and others here at Time4Learning as well.

3- BRING YOUR OWN WATER!!!! For the cost of two waters purchased onsite you can buy an entire flat and bring it with you.

Family Traditions or Family FEUD?

"Tis The Season" for Family Fun or Family Feud depending on your circumstances. Some of our biggest discussions over on our forums have been from broken-hearted homeschool mama's who feel frustration at family gatherings due to unkind comments or actions by family members. These hurtful comments come from moms, aunts, uncles, dads who are often
